Ascension Bay Bonefish Club

Fish over 20-miles of remote saltwater flats and lagoons. It’s an angler’s dream for bonefish, permit, tarpon, ladyfish and barracuda.

Typical bones are 2 to 5-pounds with some 3 to 6-pounds and a few in the 6 to 8-pound category. The bay is a nursery and giant feeding ground for permit. The permit population and size is unequaled in the world.

Knowledgeable guides. Custom skiffs offer a generous casting platform to fish from. Two guides for two clients. They help you see permit better and keep fly lines from fouling at critical times.  Snorkel the world’s second largest barrier reef, or lounge in beachside hammocks.

Small, air-conditioned lodge is at the water’s edge in a Mayan lobster fishing village. Spacious bedrooms, delicious meals feature both American dishes and local Caribbean-Mexican favorites such as fresh seafood, meats, their famous flan and homemade pies.

Includes:  Lodging, meals, ground transfers from Cancun to lodge, guided fishing and fishing license.
