Rio Parismina is the only real fishing lodge on this river system and is one of the best run lodges in the world. Choose between the Caribbean for abundant, large tarpon, plus tuna and wahoo, or the Torteguero National Park jungle waterways and streams for snook, guapote, machaca and mojara. Two anglers per guide.
Rio Parismina has 21’ deep V-hull boats with a center console, 125 h.p. Evinrude motors, marine radios, fish finders and English speaking guides. Two anglers per boat and guide. Larry often referred to Rio Parismina as having the best guides and boats on the Caribbean. We’ve had clients land over thirty 60 to 150 pound tarpon during a seven day stay.
The lodge sits on 50 acres of lush jungle on the banks of the famous Rio Parismina River at the edge of the Torteguero National Park. Nice accommodations, jacuzzi, new swimming pool with waterfall, superb meals with wine and an open bar in the evening.
Non-angler activities include: river cruises, night crocodile or sea turtle tours, garden walks, banana plantation tours and more.
Includes: accommodations, meals, open bar, guided fishing, rods, reels and line are provided for all species, charter round-trip air between San Jose, C.R. and Rio Parismina, ground transfers, laundry service and taxes.
Does not include: International flights, meals and accommodations in San Jose, gratuities, airport departure tax, fishing license and fishing lures.
