Browns
Fish 30-miles of the Rio
Grande on Chilean ranch that borders Argentina. We're upstream from the
crowds where the river has more character. We're able to fish both sides of
the river with a 9' fly rod. It's also great spey rod water. Unlike the
lower river, there are resident browns along with a few rainbow. Two anglers
per guide with a modern 4 by 4 vehicle. We can fish long days and after
dark.
The lodge is a class act with double beds, private bathrooms and
open bar. Meals feature seafood, steaks, lamb and the Patagonian "Asado"
feast with wine. Larry and guides supply lots of special flies. If you like to tie
we'll send patterns for you.
Includes: Lodging, meals, guided fishing, license and transfers Rio
Grande airport to lodge which is approximately a one and a half-hour drive.
Fishing January thru April.
