Swing a streamer for kings, or skate a dry fly for steelhead. This was one of Larry’s favorite areas of British Columbia. Salmon and steelhead are some of the largest in the world. Depending on the season, the lodge has the flexibility to fish many different rivers in the Skeena Valley.
Guides are licensed to fish all four sections of the Skeena, plus its tributaries: the Copper River, Kalum, Ecstall and others. Other exciting options are the Nass River and its tributaries, the Kitimat River and other remote coastal rivers.
Z-Boat Lodge has spectacular views of the Skeena River and Sleeping Beauty Mountain. The lodge caters to small groups. A party of six or more has exclusive use of lodge. Private guest rooms with bathroom.
After a day’s fishing, relax in their comfortable lodge room with pool table and bar. Fresh seafood and gourmet quality home-cooked meals are their specialty. Fly-tying room available. Helicopter packages are also an option
